What we Create at Crafted by K&J

From custom apparel to unique 3D prints, we use multiple production methods to bring your ideas to life.

❋ Heat Pressed Vinyl

Heat-pressed vinyl, also known as HTV (heat transfer vinyl), is a durable material that is cut into custom designs and permanently bonded to fabric using high heat and pressure. This process allows us to create clean, bold graphics with a smooth finish that won’t crack or peel when properly cared for.

HTV is ideal for logos, names, and detailed designs, and it works especially well on cotton and cotton-blend garments. It provides vibrant color, sharp edges, and a professional look that holds up to regular wear and washing.

At Crafted by K&J, we use high-quality vinyl and professional heat-press equipment to ensure every design is securely applied and built to last.

❋ Sublimation

Sublimation is a printing process where special inks are permanently infused into the material instead of sitting on top of it. Using heat and pressure, the ink turns into a gas and bonds directly with polyester fibers or specially coated surfaces. This means the design becomes part of the item itself and will not crack, peel, or fade over time.

Sublimation allows for full-color, high-detail images, gradients, and photo-quality designs with a smooth, ink-free feel—you can’t feel the design because it’s inside the material, not on top of it.

This process works best on white or light-colored polyester fabrics and on specially coated hard goods like tumblers, mugs, and other drinkware. At Crafted by K&J, we use sublimation to create bright, permanent designs that are made to last and look great through everyday use.

❋ 3D Printing

3D printing is a manufacturing process that creates physical objects by building them layer by layer from a digital design. Instead of cutting material away like traditional methods, 3D printing adds material only where it’s needed, allowing for detailed shapes and custom designs with very little waste.

Most of our prints are made using a method called FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling). In this process, a printer heats a plastic filament and precisely lays it down in thin layers. Each layer bonds to the one below it, slowly forming the complete object exactly as designed on the computer.

This technology makes it possible to create everything from simple parts to complex shapes that would be difficult or expensive to produce using traditional manufacturing. It also allows for fast customization, quick turnaround, and small production runs without the need for expensive molds or tooling.

At Crafted by K&J, we use 3D printing to produce durable, detailed, and customized products that are made to fit your needs, whether that’s for organization, decoration, or everyday use.

❋ Embroidery

Embroidery is a decoration method where designs are stitched directly into fabric using colored thread, creating a raised, textured look that is both professional and long-lasting. Unlike printed designs that sit on top of the fabric, embroidery becomes part of the garment itself, making it extremely durable and resistant to fading, peeling, or cracking.

This method is ideal for logos, names, and clean, bold designs and is commonly used on hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, and bags. Embroidery gives apparel a premium, high-end appearance and holds up exceptionally well to frequent washing and everyday wear.

At Crafted by K&J, we carefully digitize each design and stitch it with precision to ensure clean lines, consistent thread coverage, and a polished finished product you can be proud to wear or sell.
